Channel routing
Different event types go to different channels. Defaults are configurable from a /routing command.
Quiet hours
/quiet 22-07 silences non-critical alerts overnight in your timezone.
Acknowledgement
/ack lets an on-call admin claim an alert; the bot stops re-pinging once acknowledged.
